MCI Resolution Suite ("we", "our", or "the Application") is a web-based productivity and workforce management application developed and operated by Nguyễn Mạnh Cường.

This Privacy Policy explains how MCI Resolution Suite accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Application and its integrations with Google services.

1. Information We Access

Depending on the features you use and the permissions granted through Google OAuth, MCI Resolution Suite may access information from your Google account, including:

• Basic Google account information, such as your name, email address, and profile information.
• Google Drive files and folders required for application functionality.
• Google Sheets data required for application data storage and management.
• Google Calendar data required for scheduling and calendar-related features.
• Google Tasks data required for task and productivity-related features.

MCI Resolution Suite only requests access to Google services that are necessary for the features enabled in the Application.

2. How We Use Information

Information accessed through Google services is used only to provide and operate MCI Resolution Suite features. Examples include:

• Authenticating authorized users.
• Displaying the user's profile information.
• Reading and writing application data stored in Google Sheets.
• Accessing designated Google Drive files and folders.
• Creating, reading, updating, or managing calendar events when required by the user.
• Creating, reading, or updating Google Tasks when required by the user.
• Providing scheduling and productivity functionality.
• Maintaining synchronization between the Application and Google Workspace services.

We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

3. Google API Data

MCI Resolution Suite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Google API data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are directly related to the functionality of MCI Resolution Suite.

We do not sell Google user data.

We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except where necessary to provide the requested functionality, comply with applicable law, or protect the security of the Application and its users.

4. Data Storage

MCI Resolution Suite uses Google Workspace services as its primary cloud data environment. Depending on the feature, application data may be stored in:

• Google Sheets
• Google Drive
• Google Calendar
• Google Tasks
• Google Apps Script

The Application does not intentionally maintain a separate external database for Google user data.

Application data is stored within the Google Workspace resources configured for the Application and is subject to the access permissions configured by the resource owner.

5. Local Browser Storage

MCI Resolution Suite uses browser localStorage for Google access tokens and expiry, staff session tokens, a session marker, a cached user profile, and interface preferences such as theme, sidebar state, and selected schedule view.

The browser also stores cached monitoring data and complaint records, a Complaint spreadsheet ID, application settings, workflow panel state, email agent name, and local email-template usage statistics. Complaint records and settings can be synchronized to configured Google Drive or Google Sheets resources when the relevant account and feature are available. Browser copies may remain on the device and should be cleared by users on shared devices after signing out.

The current application does not use sessionStorage. Local browser storage is not a server-side database and may not be available on another device or browser.

6. User-Managed Data

Users remain responsible for the information they enter into MCI Resolution Suite and the Google Workspace resources connected to the Application.

Users may manage or delete their information through the applicable Google Workspace services, subject to the permissions and ownership of those resources.

If you disconnect MCI Resolution Suite from your Google account, the Application will no longer be able to access Google services requiring that authorization.

7. Data Sharing

MCI Resolution Suite does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We do not share Google user data with advertising networks or data brokers.

Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary to:

• Provide a requested Application feature.
• Operate and maintain the Application.
• Protect the security and integrity of the Application.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Respond to lawful requests from governmental authorities.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by MCI Resolution Suite. Security measures may include:

• Google OAuth authentication.
• Google Apps Script execution under the configured authorized account.
• Access control and role-based permissions.
• Server-side authorization checks.
• HTTPS communication.
• Restricted access to Google Workspace resources.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

9. User Management

MCI Resolution Suite may provide internal user accounts for authorized staff or sub-users. Depending on the configuration, these accounts may contain:

• Username or Staff ID.
• Name.
• Role.
• Account status.
• Account creation and update timestamps.

Administrative users may manage authorized staff accounts according to the organization's internal policies.

10. Children's Privacy

MCI Resolution Suite is intended for professional, organizational, and productivity use.

The Application is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children for purposes unrelated to the Application's intended use.

11. Third-Party Services

MCI Resolution Suite may integrate with services provided by Google, including:

• Google Accounts
• Google Drive
• Google Sheets
• Google Calendar
• Google Tasks
• Google Apps Script

Your use of those services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application's functionality, integrations, or legal requirements change.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
