Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MCI Resolution Suite ("MCI Resolution Suite", "we", "our", or "the Application"), a web-based productivity and workforce management application operated by Nguyễn Mạnh Cường.

By accessing or using MCI Resolution Suite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Description of the Service

MCI Resolution Suite is a web-based application designed to provide organizational and productivity features, which may include:

• User and staff management.
• Monitoring and operational data management.
• Google Calendar integration.
• Google Tasks integration.
• Scheduling and productivity tools.
• Google Drive and Google Sheets integration.
• Google Workspace-based data synchronization.

Available features may vary depending on the user's account, role, permissions, and organizational configuration.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

MCI Resolution Suite is intended for authorized users and organizations. You may use the Application only if:

• You are authorized to access the Application.
• You comply with these Terms.
• You have permission to access the Google Workspace resources used by the Application.

You must not use MCI Resolution Suite for unauthorized access to another person's account, data, files, or Google Workspace resources.

3. Google Account Authorization

Some MCI Resolution Suite features require authorization through Google OAuth.

By granting Google permissions, you authorize MCI Resolution Suite to access the Google services and data required for the features you choose to use.

You may revoke the application's Google access through your Google Account settings. After authorization is revoked, certain MCI Resolution Suite features may no longer function.

4. User Accounts

MCI Resolution Suite may support multiple types of users, including:

• Primary Administrators.
• Administrators.
• Staff or Sub-users.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. You must not:

• Share your credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Attempt to access another user's account.
• Circumvent access controls.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Google Workspace resources.

Administrators are responsible for managing staff accounts and permissions appropriately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MCI Resolution Suite to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Access data without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation of the Application.
• Attempt to bypass authentication or authorization mechanisms.
• Introduce malicious code or harmful content.
• Abuse Google APIs or services.
• Circumvent usage limits or security controls.
• Use the Application for activities that could damage the Application, its infrastructure, or other users.

6. User-Provided Content

Users may enter operational information, customer-related information, internal notes, schedules, tasks, or other data into MCI Resolution Suite.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary authorization to enter and process such information.

MCI Resolution Suite does not claim ownership of content entered by users or stored in their organization's Google Workspace resources.

7. Google Services

MCI Resolution Suite depends on Google services for certain functionality. The availability and performance of these features may depend on the availability of:

• Google Drive
• Google Sheets
• Google Calendar
• Google Tasks
• Google Apps Script
• Google OAuth

Changes, outages, limitations, or policy changes affecting Google services may affect MCI Resolution Suite functionality.

Google services remain subject to Google's own terms and policies.

8. Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal information and Google user data is described in the MCI Resolution Suite Privacy Policy.

By using MCI Resolution Suite, you acknowledge that information may be processed through the Google Workspace services required to provide the Application.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect MCI Resolution Suite and its associated data. However, no software, network, cloud service, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate account security and protecting their credentials.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep MCI Resolution Suite available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Application may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance.
• Updates.
• Technical problems.
• Google service outages.
• Network problems.
• Security incidents.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, add, or remove features from MCI Resolution Suite as necessary to:

• Improve the Application.
• Maintain compatibility with Google services.
• Improve security.
• Fix technical issues.
• Comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

We may also discontinue individual features when necessary.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

Access to MCI Resolution Suite may be suspended or terminated if a user:

• Violates these Terms.
• Attempts unauthorized access.
• Misuses the Application.
• Poses a security risk.
• Uses the Application for unlawful purposes.

Administrators may also deactivate internal staff accounts according to their organization's policies.

13. Intellectual Property

The MCI Resolution Suite software, interface, design, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Nguyễn Mạnh Cường, unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Application without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

14. Disclaimer

MCI Resolution Suite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that:

• The Application will always be available.
• All features will operate without interruption.
• Data transmission will always be error-free.
• The Application will be compatible with every device or browser.
• Third-party services will always be available.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nguyễn Mạnh Cường will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use MCI Resolution Suite.

This includes issues caused by third-party services such as Google Workspace, Google APIs, network providers, or browser environments.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of MCI Resolution Suite after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
